【摘要】 目的探讨超声心动图在妊娠期高血压疾病患者妊娠晚期的应用价值。方法收集本院2019年1—12月收治的妊娠期高血压疾病患者,分为单胎妊娠期高血压(A组)、子痫前期(B组),各36例,同时选取同期正常单胎妊娠者(C组)36例为对照组。各组均行超声心动图检查,比较分析各组的超声心动图结果。结果 (1)三组产妇在右房室内径、左房室内径、EF、FS指标上,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05);A组和B组的LPWT、IVST高于C组的LPWT、IVST(P <0.05);(2)B组的心包积液和左室舒张功能减退的发生率高于C组(P <0.05)。结论妊娠晚期妊娠期高血压疾病患者心脏形态变化以左室壁后壁及室间隔增厚为主。子痫前期患者左室舒张功能减退及心包积液发生概率增高,个别出现肺动脉高压。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the value of echocardiography in the late pregnancy of patients with hypertensive disorders of pregnancy. Methods The patients with hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy in our hospital from January to December in 2019 were collected and divided into two groups: group A with gestational hypertension and group B with preeclampsia, 36 cases each, and 36 cases of normal pregnancy(group C) in the same period as the control group. All groups were examined by echocardiography, and the results of echocardiography were compared and analyzed. Results(1) There were no significant difference in the right atrium diameter, left atrium diameter, EF and FS indexes among the four groups(P > 0.05). The thickness of LPWT and IVST in group A and group B were higher than that in group C(P < 0.05).(2) The incidence of pericardial effusion and left ventricular diastolic dysfunction in group B were higher than that in group C(P < 0.05). Conclusion The main changes of cardiac morphology in patients with hypertensive disorders of pregnancy during the third trimester of pregnancy were thickening of the posterior wall of left ventricular wall and ventricular septum. In severe preeclampsia patients, the probability of left ventricular diastolic dysfunction and pericardial effusion increased, and pulmonary hypertension occurred in some cases.更多还原
