【摘要】 目的分析PDCA循环对护理不良事件上报及发生情况的影响。方法本院2017年6月—2017年12月采用常规护理(A组,n=2020),2018年1月—2018年6月进行PDCA循环护理(B组,n=2032),比较两组护理不良事件上报率、发生率、满意度。结果 B组护理不良事件发生率少于A组;B组护理不良事件上报率高于A组;B组护理人员满意度高于A组。比较两组之间数据差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论在护理工作中,应用PDCA循环管理之后,护理不良事件上报率较之前明显升高,发生率较之前明显降低,为临床护理工作提供安全保障,有助于构建良好的医患关系。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the effect of PDCA cycle on the reporting and occurrence of nursing adverse events. Methods From June 2017 to December 2017, our hospital adopted routine nursing(group A, n = 2 020), From January 2018 to June 2018, PDCA cycle nursing was carried out(group B, n = 2 032),The rate of reporting, incidence and satisfaction of nursing adverse events were compared between the two groups. Results The incidence of nursing adverse events in group B was lower than that in group A, and the reporting rate of nursing adverse events in group B was higher than that in group A; The satisfaction of nurses in group B was higher than that in group A.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion In nursing work, after PDCA circulation management was applied, the rate of nursing adverse events reporting was significantly higher than before,The incidence rate is significantly lower than before, which can provide security for clinical nursing work and help to build a good doctor-patient relationship.更多还原
