【摘要】 目的探讨基于IPAD的移动护理质量管理系统在护理部进病区日常护理质量检查中的应用效果。方法按照三级医院评审标准、艾力彼星级医院评审标准,结合HIBIC指数,升级既往信息系统,在HIS、LIS等系统中接入综合质量管理系统,设置相应模块,接入移动端口,由值班护士长手持IPAD每日进行护理质量督查。统计使用IPAD前(2018年7月—2018年12月)与使用IPAD后(2019年1月—2019年6月)质控检查各环节耗时,并比较使用IPAD前后管道管理、卧床患者皮肤管理、危急值管理、用药安全管理、病房(6S)管理、消毒隔离管理、急救物品/药品/仪器管理、基础/危重症管理八项内容合格率。结果应用IPAD进行护理质量管理后,八个质控项目的合格率显著上升(P <0.05),且质控结果录入、结果反馈、生成各类报表等耗时显著下降(P <0.05),病区的存在问题整改周期显著缩短(P <0.05),说明差异有统计学意义。结论应用基于IPAD的移动护理质量管理系统后,实现了护理质量三级质控的信息化,检查形式也从现场随机查看转变为改为问题追踪方式,规范了护理质量环节控制,缩短了护理问题整改周期,同时提升了护士长质控效率,增强了临床护士对护理质量的重视程度,有效改善了护理服务行为。护士长在质控过程中,能及时将检查结果录入IPAD中保存,实现了环节质控的无纸化,保证了质控数据录入的完整性与准确性。在医疗大数据时代,护理质量控制的无纸化与数字化建设为医院实现"互联网+"医院提供数据支持。护理质控过程的合理化、人性化,保证了质量数据的准确性、环节控制的连续性与有效性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the application effect of mobile nursing quality management system based on IPAD in routine nursing quality inspection in ward of nursing department. Methods According to the three-level hospital evaluation standard, the Alibi Star hospital evaluation standard, combined with hibic index, the previous information system was upgraded. The integrated quality management system was connected to his, LIS and other systems. The corresponding modules were set up and connected to the mobile port. The head nurse on duty held the IPAD to supervise the nursing quality every day. Conclusion After the application of mobile nursing quality management system based on IPAD, the information of three-level quality control of nursing quality has been realized, and the inspection form has also been changed from random inspection on site to problem tracking, which standardizes the control of nursing quality links, shortens the rectification cycle of nursing problems, improves the quality control efficiency of head nurses, enhances the attention of clinical nurses to nursing quality, and effectively improves Good nursing service behavior.
