【摘要】 目的探讨分析剖宫产术后尿潴留发生的相关影响因素。方法选取2018年1月—2019年6月于我院接受剖宫产手术的580例产妇作为研究对象。所有产妇均接受常规术前导尿,麻醉方式采用常规腰硬联合麻醉法,根据术后首次自行排尿后腹部超声检查结果将580例产妇分为正常组与尿潴留组,分析两组产妇在临床治疗与指标方面的差异,进而明确剖宫产术后尿潴留发生的相关影响因素。结果 580例产妇中发生尿潴留,即尿潴留组患者共122例(21.03%),正常组产妇458例(78.97%)。单因素分析结果显示尿潴留组患者妊娠期糖尿病、低体质量指数、术后硬膜外应用吗啡镇痛构成比高于正常组(P <0.05),而多因素Logistic回归分析结果显示妊娠期糖尿病、低体质量指数、吗啡镇痛与剖宫产术后尿潴留发生呈正性相关关系(P<0.05)。结论剖宫产术后尿潴留发生率较高,其中妊娠期糖尿病、产妇低体质量指数、硬膜外吗啡镇痛是导致术后尿潴留发生的主要影响因素。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the related factors and treatment strategies of urinary retention after cesarean section. Methods From January 2018 to June 2019, 580 pregnant women who underwent cesarean section in our hospital were selected as the research objects. All the women underwent routine preoperative catheterization, and the routine anesthesia combined with lumbar epidural anesthesia was used. According to the results of abdominal ultrasound examination after the first self urination, 580 cases of parturient were divided into normal group and urinary retention group, analyze the difference between the two groups in clinical treatment and indicators, and then clarify the related factors of urinary retention after cesarean section. Results Urinary retention occurred in 580 patients, 122 in urinary retention group(21.03%), and 458 in normal group(78.97%). Univariate analysis showed that the constituent ratio of gestational diabetes, low body mass index and postoperative epidural morphine analgesia in urinary retention group was higher than that in normal group(P < 0.05). Logistic regression analysis showed that gestational diabetes, low body mass index, morphine analgesia were positively correlated with urinary retention after cesarean section(P < 0.05). Conclusion The incidence of urinary retention after cesarean section is high, including gestational diabetes mellitus, low body mass index and epidural morphine analgesia.更多还原
