【摘要】 目的探究CT引导氮气冷冻消融术治疗局部晚期周围型非小细胞肺癌的疗效以及应用价值。方法抽取2017年6月—2020年1月的60例中晚期周围型非小细胞肺癌患者作为研究对象,对照组患者采取常规放化疗治疗,观察组患者应用放化疗联合CT引导下氮气冷冻消融术治疗,观察两组患者疗效。结果对照组患者的治疗有效率是66.67%低于观察组93.33%,P <0.05(χ~2=5.314 2);观察组患者不良反应发生率是3.33%低于对照组20.00%,P <0.05(χ~2=4.043 1);观察组的各项生活质量高于对照组。结论 CT引导氮气冷冻消融术治疗局部晚期周围型非小细胞肺癌的疗效显著,并发症发生率低。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the efficacy and application value of CT-guided nitrogen cryoablation in the treatment of locally advanced peripheral non-small cell lung cancer. Methods From June 2017 to January 2020, 60 patients with advanced peripheral non-small cell lung cancer were selected as research objects.
