妊娠期糖尿病母亲新生儿心脏彩超的临床研究
Clinical Study of Cardiac Ultrasonography in Neonates With Gestational Diabetes Mothers
【摘要】 目的探讨分析妊娠期糖尿病母亲新生儿心脏彩超的临床表现。方法选取我院2018年10月—2019年10月收治的62例妊娠期糖尿病母亲新生儿,分为血糖控制良好组与血糖控制不良组。选取同期来我院分娩的31例健康新生儿纳入对照组。对不同组新生儿心脏彩超数据和妊娠结局进行比较。结果通过统计学结果显示,三组新生儿在主动脉、右室流出道、左心室、左室后壁等指标上存在明显差异(P <0.05)。通过样本的两两比较,血糖控制不良组新生儿等主动脉、右室流出道、左心室、左室后壁等指标参数最大,对照组各指标参数最小(P <0.05)。通过出生体质量校准后比较,三组新生儿存在明显差异,血糖控制不良组患儿的室间隔厚度宽。结论相比于正常新生儿来说,妊娠期糖尿病母亲新生儿心脏体积大,孕期血糖控制不佳母亲所产新生儿极易出现室间隔肥厚。
【Abstract】 Objective To investigate and analyze the clinical manifestations of cardiac ultrasound of newborns with gestational diabetes mothers. Methods A total of 62 neonates with gestational diabetes mellitus mothers who were treated in our hospital from October 2018 to October 2019 were selected and divided into good blood glucose control group and poor blood glucose control group. Thirty-one healthy newborns born in our hospital during the same period were selected as the control group. The color Doppler ultrasound data and pregnancy outcomes of different groups of newborns were compared. Results Statistics showed that there were significant differences in the aorta, right ventricular outflow tract, left ventricle, and left ventricular posterior wall among the three groups of newborns(P < 0.05). By pairwise comparison of the samples, the parameters such as the aorta, the right ventricular outflow tract, the left ventricle, and the posterior wall of the left ventricle in the poor blood glucose control group were the largest, while the control group had the smallest parameters(P < 0.05). By comparison after birth weight calibration, there were significant differences among the three groups of neonates, and the ventricular septal thickness was wide in children with poor glycemic control. Conclusion Compared with normal newborns, gestational diabetic mothers have a large neonatal heart volume, and neonates born to mothers with poor glycemic control during pregnancy are prone to hyper ventricular septal hypertrophy.
