【摘要】 目的探讨再生基因Ⅳ联合血清胃蛋白酶原表达水平对胃癌早期诊断价值。方法研究自2018年11月—2019年12月之间,选取本院收治的胃癌患者40例作为试验组,另选取同期本院健康志愿者共40例作为对照组,对两组患者行血清胃蛋白酶原(pepsinogen,PG)、再生基因Ⅳ(regeneration genes-Ⅳ,RegⅣ)、癌胚抗原(carcinoembryonic antigen,CEA)及糖蛋白抗原199(carbohydrate antigen 199,CA19-9)水平检查,对比两组患者血清表达水平。结果试验组患者的PGⅠ、PGⅡ、Reg Ⅳ、CA199、CEA表达水平和对照组患者差别显著,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论再生基因Ⅳ联合血清胃蛋白酶原对胃癌患者早期有着较高的检出率,能够给临床提供有价值的信息。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the value of regeneration gene Ⅳ combined with serum pepsinogen expression in early diagnosis of gastric cancer. Methods From November 2018 to December 2019, 40 gastric cancer patients admitted in our hospital were selected as the experimental group, and a total of 40 healthy volunteers from our hospital during the same period were selected as the control group. Examination of pepsinogen(PG), regeneration genes-Ⅳ(Reg Ⅳ), carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA) and carbohydrate antigen 199(CA19-9) levels, and comparison of the two groups of patients Serum expression level. Results The expression levels of PGⅠ, PGⅡ, Reg Ⅳ, CA199, and CEA in patients in the test group were significantly different from those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion Regenerative gene Ⅳ combined with serum pepsinogen has a high detection rate in patients with gastric cancer at an early stage, and can provide valuable information to the clinic, which is worthy of wide application.更多还原
