泌尿外科与肾内科尿培养细菌分布及药敏分析

【摘要】 目的探讨泌尿外科与肾内科住院患者尿培养细菌分布、药物敏感性。方法选择2018年1月—2018年12月我院泌尿外科和肾内科收治住院患者尿标本进行分析,分别鉴定细菌株以及药物敏感性。结果肾内科、泌尿外科尿培养结果—细菌分布:以大肠埃希菌、肺炎克雷伯菌、粪肠球菌最为常见。大肠埃希菌、粪肠球菌、肺炎克雷伯菌对多种抗生素的敏感性均较高。结论对泌尿外科与肾内科住院患者的尿培养细菌分布以及细菌对抗生素敏感性分析,对于不同类型的细菌感染可使用敏感性较高的抗生素进行治疗,从而为日后临床治疗提供用药依据,促进临床治疗中合理使用抗生素。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the distribution and drug sensitivity of urine culture bacteria of hospitalized patients in urology and nephrology. Methods Urine samples of hospitalized patients admitted to nephrology department and urology department in our hospital from January to December 2018 were analyzed to identify bacterial strains and drug sensitivity respectively. Results Urine culture results of nephrology department and urology department-bacterial distribution: Escherichia coli, Klebsiella pneumoniae and Enterococcus faecalis were the most common. Escherichia coli, Enterococcus faecalis and Klebsiella pneumoniae are all highly sensitive to various antibiotics. Conclusion The distribution of urine culture bacteria and the sensitivity of bacteria to antibiotics in hospitalized patients in urology and nephrology departments can be analyzed. Antibiotics with higher sensitivity can be used for treatment of different types of bacterial infections, thus providing medication basis for future clinical treatment and promoting rational use of antibiotics in clinical treatment.
