颈椎神经阻滞配合旋转斜扳治疗颈椎间盘突出

【摘要】 目的探讨采取颈椎横突后结节间沟神经阻滞+定位旋转斜扳法治疗颈椎间盘突出症(cervical disc herniation,CDH)的效果。方法选取2018年3月—2019年4月收治的64例患者为研究对象,随机分成观察组(n=32)与对照组(n=32),两组均实施颈椎横突后结节间沟神经阻滞治疗,在此基础上对照组实施常规斜扳法,观察组实施定位旋转斜扳法,比较两组疗效及随访6个月复发情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率为93.75%,显著高于对照组75.00%的总有效率(P <0.05);随访6个月观察组复发率为3.13%,明显低于对照组18.75%的复发率(P <0.05)。结论对CDH采取颈椎横突后结节间沟神经阻滞联合定位旋转斜扳法的疗效满意且复发率低。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of cervical nodular interstitial nerve block and fixed-position rotary oblique pull method in the treatment of cervical disc herniation(CDH). Methods 64 patients admitted from March 2018 to April 2019 were selected as study objects and randomly divided into the observation group(n =32) and the control group(n =32). Both groups were treated with cervical nodular sulcus nerve block after transverse process of the cervical spine. The group performed the conventional oblique pull method, and the observation group implemented the positioning and rotary oblique pull method, and compared the curative effect and recurrence of 6 months follow-up. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 93.75%, which was significantly higher than the total effective rate of 75.00% in the control group(P < 0.05). The recurrence rate in the observation group after 6 months of follow-up was 3.13%, which was significantly lower than the recurrence in the control group at 18.75%(P < 0.05). Conclusion The efficacy of CDH with cervical spine posterior transverse nodular sulcus nerve block combined with fixedpoint rotation and oblique pulling is satisfactory and the recurrence rate is low.
