【摘要】 目的观察高压氧联合经皮神经电刺激在面神经炎治疗中的应用效果。方法本研究80例面神经炎患者均为本院2019年2月—2019年12月接收,根据双模拟法分为两组,比较治疗效果,并观察改良Portmann评分。结果在治疗总有效率方面,观察组是95.00%,对照组是77.50%,观察组比对照组高,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05);在改良Portmann评分方面,治疗后,观察组(13.29±3.79)分比对照组(7.37±2.61)分高,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论面神经炎临床治疗过程中,联合应用高压氧与经皮神经电刺激疗法,不仅可以及早减轻患者临床病症,同时有助于面神经功能及早恢复。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effect of hyperbaric oxygen combined with transcutaneous nerve electrical stimulation in the treatment of facial neuritis. Methods 80 patients with facial neuritis were received in our hospital from February 2019 to December 2019. According to the double simulation method, they were divided into two groups to compare the therapeutic effect and observe the modified portmann score.
