【摘要】 [目的]利用广东省DRG评价指标体系对不同三级公立医院的住院服务进行绩效评价,为提升地区医疗水平提供参考。[方法]收集佛山市7家三级综合医院的DRG指标数据,从DRG能力指数、服务效率、医疗安全3个维度进行对比分析,运用TOPSIS统计方法进行综合评价并排序。[结果] 7家医院在医疗服务能力方面各有差异,A、C、D医院在综合评价排序中排于前三位,最优综合评价评分依次为0.951、0.282、0.229。[结论]佛山市医疗服务水平仍有待提高; DRG评价指标运用于医院绩效评价具有良好效果,可用于不同层次之间的比较。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the performance of in-patient service in public hospitals with DRG evaluation index system in Guangdong Province so as to provide reference for improving regional medical level.Methods The DRG index data of seven tertiary general hospitals in Foshan were collected and analyzed from three dimensions of DRG capability index,service efficiency and medical safety,and used TOPSIS statistic method to conduct comprehensive evaluation and ranking.Results There were differences in the ability of medical service in 7 hospitals.A,C and D hospitals rowed in top three in the comprehensive evaluation,the score of optimal comprehensive evaluation ranked in 0.951,0.282 and 0.229.Conclusions The level of medical service still needs to be improved in Foshan.DRG comprehensive evaluation has good effect in hospital performance evaluation,which can be used to compare different levels.更多还原
