【摘要】 自新冠肺炎(COVID-19)疫情发生以来,各医疗机构投入到疫情防控救治工作中,受疫情及相关因素影响,医疗机构中普通患者就诊量骤减,患者的诊疗需求挤压效应明显。随着大部分地区疫情得到较好控制,普通的就诊需求逐渐放开。笔者以某三甲定点救治综合医院接诊现状为例,提出了疫情期间应对就诊高峰的四大防控原则,并分别从门诊及住院两方面,分析做好应对普通就诊高峰的应急措施,为相关医疗机构提供参考借鉴。更多还原

【Abstract】 Since COVID-19 has outbroken,medical institutions have been involved in the prevention and treatment of the epidemic. Due to the epidemic situation and related factors,the number of general medical visits in various medical institutions has plummeted,and the demand for ordinary patients’ medical treatment has been squeezed. At present,the epidemic situation is well controlled in most areas,and the general demand for medical treatment is gradually being relaxed. This article aims to take current situation of a top three designated general treatment hospital as an example,puts forward four prevention and control rules. It analyzes emergency strategies that responding to the peak of treatment during the epidemic from two aspects of outpatient and inpatient,so as to provide reference for relevant medical institutions.更多还原
