快速光固化3D打印的探究与实现

【摘要】 在光固化3D打印技术的基础上,搭建了基于投影仪的快速、一体化的光固化3D打印装置.自制了可见光响应的光固化树脂,并对其性质进行了吸收和红外光谱的表征.借鉴CT断层扫描原理,通过构建3D模型,使用投影仪将该3D模型每个截面以环绕方式投影至光固化树脂上,使光固化树脂聚合形成具有3D立体形貌的打印成品.该打印方案打印速度快,成品一体化性强,打印仪器简单,成本低.

【Abstract】 Based on the light-curing 3D printing technology,a fast and integrated light-curing 3D printing device using aprojector was set up.Light-curing resin was synthesized,and its properties were characterized by UV-VIS and IR spectra.The principle of CT tomography was used to construct the 3D model.Each section of the 3D model was projected onto the light-curing resin in a circular manner using aprojector,so that the light-curing resin was polymerized to form 3D appearance prints.This printing scheme has the advantages of fast printing speed,strong integration of finished products,simple printing instrument and low cost.
