基于SESAM的Yb∶KYW飞秒激光器的研究
Continuous-wave mode-locked all-solid-state femtosecond Yb∶KYW laser based on SESAM
【摘要】 用激光二极管泵浦Yb∶KYW激光晶体,SESAM半导体可饱和吸收镜作为饱和吸收元件,实现了连续锁模的飞秒激光器的稳定运转.研究了全固态飞秒激光器的谐振腔设计、色散计算与补偿、SESAM调制深度和超快脉冲特性.使用锁模调制深度为0.8%,2.4%和3.0%的SESAM,实现了最窄脉宽为365fs,最高输出功率为253mW的锁模脉冲输出.
【Abstract】 A diode-pumped continuous-wave mode-locked femtosecond Yb∶KYW laser based on SESAM was successfully achieved.The properties of all-solid-state femtosecond lasers were systematically studied from the aspects of cavity design,dispersion calculation and compensation,modulation depth of SESAM and ultrafast pulse characteristic,respectively.SESAM with different modulation depth of 0.8%,2.4%,3.0% was applied in Yb∶KYW laser.The mode-locked laser with the pulse as short as 365 fs and the output power up to 253 mW was realized.
