生产物流仿真评估系统的设计与实现

【摘要】 针对制造业对生产物流仿真评估及流程优化的需求,设计和开发了一套生产物流仿真评估系统。采用B/S架构,基于maven项目管理工具和java ssh框架开发,实现了评价指标管理、流程优化分析、在线评估等主要功能。系统的实施不仅可以为制造企业提供仿真评估服务,降低企业的生产成本,同时能够整合社会资源,避免重复投资造成资源浪费。

【Abstract】 In this paper, in response to the demand of the manufacturing industry for production logistics simulation evaluation and process optimization, we designed and developed a production logistics simulation evaluation system. The system developed adopts the B/S architecture and is based on the maven project management tool-kit and java ssh framework, and is capable of such main functions as evaluation index management, process optimization analysis, online evaluation, etc. The implementation of the system could provide simulation evaluation services for manufacturing companies, reduce their production costs, and at the same time integrate social resources to avoid waste caused by repeated investment.
