考虑碳排放的煤炭铁海联运路径优化

【摘要】 通过引入碳税机制,构建了以运输成本和碳排放成本之和最小为目标的煤炭铁海联运多商品流路径优化模型,并设计改进后带精英保留策略的遗传算法对模型进行求解,最后以鄂尔多斯地区煤炭调运为例验证了模型和算法的有效性。研究发现通过对交通运输业征收碳税,可以引导煤炭铁海联运经营人调整运输方案,减少煤炭运输中的二氧化碳排放。

【Abstract】 By introducing the carbon tax mechanism, the paper established a multi-commodity flow path optimization model for coal railway-sea transportation targeted at minimizing the total cost of transportation and carbon emissions, and then designed an improved genetic algorithm with elitism strategy to solve the problem. Finally, taking the coal transportation in Erdos as the example, it verified the effectiveness of the model and algorithm. The result showed that through imposing carbon tax on the transportation industry and guiding the coal railway-sea transportation operators to adjust their transportation plans, we could reduce carbon dioxide emissions in the coal transportation process.
