【Abstract】 Viewing the container port as a comprehensive system, this paper studied the comprehensive dispatch of the core operational resources on a wharf, with minimizing the total vessel operating cost as the optimization objective, built the model for the comprehensive dispatch of the berth, quay crane and trucking resources of the container port, and at the end, through an empirical comparative analysis,verified the feasibility and effectiveness of the optimization process.更多还原
