【摘要】 以"大国工匠"理念为导向的现代学徒制,为培养大国工匠提供了坚实的基础,也为推进现代学徒制开辟了广阔的路径。但是目前,现代学徒制试点改革面临着一系列挑战:"政、企、校、徒"之间缺乏协同;完整意义的"现代学徒制"有待进一步探索;工匠精神文化亟待培育和弘扬。建设现代学徒制,需要不断推进现代职教体系建设,探索多样化职教发展模式,构建"柔性化"管理评价机制,建设工匠培育成长的环境,使职业教育与技师教育相互融合,以推进现代学徒制终身化并为中国制造转型升级提供可持续的大国工匠人才资源库基础。更多还原

【Abstract】 The modern apprenticeship oriented by "Great Country Craftsman" has not only laid a solid foundation for training the great country craftsmen, but also paved a broad way for propelling modern apprenticeship. However, the current pilot reform for modern apprenticeship has been encountered with a series of challenges: coordination is insufficient among government organs, enterprises, colleges and students; modern apprenticeship with a complete meaning needs to be further explored; craftsmanship shall be nurtured and carried forward. To construct the modern apprenticeship, it is necessary to continuously gear up a modern vocational education system, probe into multiple vocational education modes, construct a flexible system for management and evaluation, create an environment where craftsmen can grow and merge vocational education with technician education so as to make a lifelong modern apprenticeship and provide a sustainable talent pool for restructuring and upgrading of "Made in China".更多还原
