基于修正Shapley值法的IPD团队利益分配
Profit Distribution of IPD Team Based on Modified Shapley Value Method
【摘要】 由于利益分配模型的不完善,严重阻碍了IPD工程交付模式在我国建筑行业的推广使用。本文在传统Shapley算法的基础上,以利益相关者为切入点,综合考虑成本投入、风险分担、信任程度、信息共享度和BIM技术应用水平等影响因素,建立了基于修正Shapley值法的IPD团队利益分配模型,完善利益分配机制。最后将建立的分配模型应用到工程算例中,验证了模型的可行性和有效性。结果表明:基于修正Shapley值法的利益分配机制有利于体现各因素对利益分配方案的影响及各参与方在IPD团队中的重要程度;较传统的Shapley利益分配方法,修正的Shapley值使得利益分配方案更优,有助于为IPD团队在实际工程项目中的利益分配提供理论支持,具有较好的理论和现实意义。
【Abstract】 The imperfect benefit distribution model has seriously hindered the promotion and development of the IPD project delivery model in China’s construction industry. Based on the traditional Shapley algorithm,this paper takes the stakeholders as the starting point,comprehensively considers the influence factors such as cost investment,risk sharing,trust degree,information sharing degree and BIM technology application level,establishes the IPD team benefit allocation model based on the modified Shapley value method,and improves the benefit distribution mechanism. Finally,the established allocation model is applied to an engineering example to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the model. The results show that the benefit distribution mechanism based on the modified Shapley value method is conducive to reflect the influence of various factors on the benefit distribution scheme and the importance of each participant in the IPD team; compared with the traditional Shapley benefit distribution method,the modified Shapley value makes the benefit distribution scheme better,which is helpful to provide theoretical support for the IPD team in the actual project benefit distribution,and has better theoretical and practical significance.
