【Abstract】 As an important part of the US health insurance market, public health insurance has occupied a considerable market share in recent years and has shown strong growth. It focuses on the institutional design and spillover effects of public health insurance in the United States, and attempts to clarify the current progress of the US public health insurance project and its resulting impacts by analyzing relevant literature.
