【摘要】 引入社会效益评价指标是创新人文社会科学期刊评价体系的重要思路,社会效益的评价更能反映期刊的办刊水平、学术质量、社会影响力和发展前景。因此,对高校学术期刊实施社会效益评价考核工作,是推动高校学术期刊高质量发展与创新的必然选择。当前高校学术期刊要想实现社会效益优先,就必须从以下几个方面着手:一是发挥高校学术期刊的舆论导向作用,主动加强阵地建设和管理;二是注重选题策划,加强学术质量,积极履行社会责任,引领学术道德;三是推动期刊出版、传播方式的变革,实现传统方式和新兴媒体融合发展,积极开拓国际视野,扩大国际影响力;四是找准期刊特色,定位准确,提升期刊影响力;五是加强编辑队伍建设,培养编辑人员主体意识,提高编辑人员政治理论修养和业务技能。更多还原

【Abstract】 The introduction of social benefit evaluation index is an important way to innovate the journal evaluation system of humanities and social sciences.The social benefit evaluation can reflect the journal’s running level,academic quality,social influence and development prospect.Therefore,it is an inevitable choice to promote the development and innovation of academic journals in colleges and universities to carry out social benefit evaluation and assessment.In order to realize the priority of social benefit,the academic journals of colleges and universities must start from the following aspects:first,give play to the guiding role of public opinion of academic journals of colleges and universities,take the initiative to strengthen the position construction and management;Second,pay attention to the topic planning,strengthen the academic quality,actively fulfill social responsibility,leading academic ethics;Third,we should promote the reform of the publishing and communication modes of periodicals,realize the integrated development of traditional methods and new media,and actively expand the international horizon and expand the international influence.The fourth is to find the characteristics of the journal,positioning accurate,enhance the influence of the journal;Fifth,we should strengthen the construction of the editorial team,cultivate the subject consciousness of the editorial staff,and improve their political theory accomplishment and professional skills.更多还原
