【Abstract】 By using the methods of literature research, this paper sorted out some common experience of sports industry development in the world’s three major bay areas, and provided ideas and references for the development of sport industry in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area(GBA). In the world’s three major bay areas, common experience is as follows: The sports industry in this region has a superior industrial development environment, and the government, market, and social mechanism jointly promote the development of sports industry in GBA. It has a sound legal guarantee system, attaches importance to the overall synergy of the coordinated development of sports industry. Scientific and technological innovation boosts the development of sports industry in the bay area. This paper put forward some enlightenments for the development of sports industry in the GBA. We need to improve and innovate the system and running mechanism for the development of sports industry in GBA, give full play to the main role of sports organizations and enterprises, realize the development system of regional sports industry with division of labor and complementary advantages, and drive the development of sports industry in the bay area with scientific and technological innovation as the core.更多还原
