【摘要】 采用文献资料法、访谈法,对日本、韩国校园足球的发展理念、组织结构、训竞体系和保障体系进行分析。研究发现:两国校园足球发展理念明确,以人为本,教育为先;组织结构合理,分工明确,各司其职;训竞体系分明,训练有序,赛事丰富;保障体系完备,师资雄厚,财力充足。对我国的启示:在发展定位上由精英培养到大众普及,发展理念上由竞技导向到育人为本;构建校园足球课程体系,健全校园足球竞赛体系;解决校园足球师资困境,科学分配校园足球经费。更多还原

【Abstract】 Using literature method and interview method, analyze the development concept, organizational structure, training and competition system, security system of Japanese and Korea school football. The study found that the clear development concept the two countries is peopleoriented and education f irst. The organizational structure is reasonable with a clear division of work, individual responsibility. The training and competition system is clear with orderly training and rich competition. The security system is complete with abundant teachers and suff icient f inancial resources.
