【摘要】 运用文献资料法、专家访谈法和逻辑分析法,研究我国职业足球俱乐部的股权结构,总结国外职业足球俱乐部股权改革经验及对我国的启示。目前,中超俱乐部股权结构存在股权集中度高、股权构成不尽合理以及控股企业行业集中度高的问题。国外职业足球俱乐部股权改革的经验主要有:高层统一设计,自上而下改革;实行多元化投资,避免单一控股;尝试球迷持股,成立球迷基金会;出台法律法规,保障改革实施。对我国的启示:足协统一推进,组织开展试点工作;完善政策法规,保障股权优化实施;降低股权集中度,引导多元主体投资;探讨球迷基金会投资方式的可行性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Using the methods of literature review, interview and logic analysis, this paper discussed the current situation of ownership structure of Chinese professional football clubs, experience and enlightenment of ownership structure reform of foreign clubs. Main problems of ownership structure in Chinese clubs are as follows: unreasonable ownership composition, high ownership concentration and industry concentration of stockholding enterprises. We find some experience of foreign clubs such as: unified design and top-down reform, diverse investment for avoiding single enterprise holding, trying fans holding and setting up the Fans Foundation, ensuring reform implementation by laws and regulations. It is suggested that ownership structure reform should be promoted by the Chinese Football Association with the implementation of pilot projects. Related policies and regulations should be improved to ensure the reform implementation. Diversified investment should be guided to decrease the ownership concentration. The feasibility of the football fans foundation should be further discussed.更多还原
