【摘要】 采用文献资料法、专家访谈法等研究近年来世界体育发达国家体育俱乐部发展情况。世界体育发达国家体育俱乐部发展经验主要有:政府大力扶持俱乐部发展,采取多元化融资模式,建立健全俱乐部标准化认证体系,加强跨行业协作,发挥体育志愿者和社会体育指导员的积极作用,利用俱乐部促进大众体育和竞技体育的融合发展。对我国的启示:做好顶层设计进一步激发发展活力,促进融资渠道多元化,加大对社会体育指导员的激励,切实提升智能化运营水平以及提高学校体育设施利用率。更多还原

【Abstract】 The methods of literature reviews and expert interviews have been applied to study the development of sports clubs in major dev eloped countries in sports in recent years. The successful experience of these countries in developing sports clubs mainly includes: the governments vigorously promote sports clubs’ development, adopt a diversi? ed mode of fundraising, creative the standardized certification system for sports clubs, strengthen cooperation with other sectors, encourage sports volunteers and instructors to play an active role, and use sports clubs serving as a catalyst for integrating sport-for-all and elite sport. The enlightenment gained from the above-mentioned experience for further developing sports clubs in our country is as follows: a sound top-design can further stimulate the vitality of sports clubs; the fundraising channels should be more diversi? ed; the social sports instructors’ welfare should be improved; the intelligent operation of clubs should be advocated and the utilization rate of school facilities should be further enhanced.更多还原
