【摘要】 运用文献资料法等,对世界速度滑冰发展趋势及我国速度滑冰竞争力的现状和短板进行分析,并提出提升我国速度滑冰项目竞争力的策略。结论:世界速滑竞争力评判趋向多元化与年轻化;中国速滑竞争力处于世界中游,其核心要素优化不足,基础要素建设良好。建议:专管机构全面覆盖,竞赛功能着重加强;一线、基层携手联动,抓住特色注重衔接;团队、场馆齐头并进,成果转化有效落实;依托各行业蓬勃发展,持续强化基础支撑等。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper analyzes the development trend of speed skating in the world, the current situation and shortcoming of speed skating competitiveness in China by using the method of literature. Based on this, the paper puts forward the strategies to improve the competitiveness of speed skating in China. Conclusions are as follows: the evaluation of world speed skating competitiveness tends to be diversi? ed and younger; China’s speed skating competitiveness is in the middle of the world, its core elements are not optimized enough, and its basic elements are well constructed. Suggestions: specialized agencies should be fully covered and competition functions should be strengthened; front line and grass-roots should work together, not only to grasp their own characteristics, but also to pay attention to the connection between them; teams and venues should work together to effectively implement the transformation of achievements; relying on the vigorous development of various industries, the basic support should be continuously strengthened.更多还原
