【摘要】 王简嘉禾是中国女子游泳冉冉升起的一颗新星,她有着孙杨一样的优势,擅长中长距离自由泳。研究采用现场观摩、录像分析、文献资料、比对分析等方法,结合王简嘉禾在2018年杭州世锦赛400 m与800 m自由泳决赛中的表现对其进行技术特点、战术运用的研究和数据分析。研究结果显示:王简嘉禾出发后出水距离和水下腿技术,与对手相比虽略胜一筹,但优势并不明显;王简嘉禾所采用的技术为中前交叉技术,即划频慢、划距长、划水时效好,技术特点类似孙杨;对于短池比赛来说转身技术尤为重要,而转身技术正是王简嘉禾的优势,她的转身技术明显比对手更加流畅和迅速;王简嘉禾的冲刺能力与对手相比还略微逊色,并且在冲刺阶段的手腿衔接上还稍有不足。更多还原

【Abstract】 Wang Jianjiahe represents the pride of Chinese women’s swimming.It is a rising star in China,and she has the same advantages as Sun Yang.She is good at middle and long distance freestyle.Using on-the-spot observation,video analysis,literature and comparison analysis,the author studied the technical characteristics and tactical application data of Wang Jianjiahe in the performance of the 400 m and 800 m freestyle finals of the 2018 Hangzhou World Championships.The results show that:Wang Jianjiahe’s water distance and underwater leg technology are slightly better than the opponents,but the advantage is not obvious;The technology used by Wang Jianjiahe is the middle cross technology.Slow,long distance,good aging time,technical characteristics similar to Sun Yang;Turning technology is especially important for short-pool competitions,and turning technology is the advantage of Wang Jianjiahe,her turning technology is obviously more than the opponent Smooth and rapid;Wang Jianjiahe’s sprint ability is slightly inferior to his opponent,and there is still a slight lack of hand and leg connection in the sprint stage.更多还原
