【摘要】 体育赛事信用监管体系是社会信用体系建设的重要组成部分。细化体育市场黑名单制度,建立健全体育赛事信用管理机制,对接全国信用系统,是深化体育赛事事中事后监管,解决当前体育赛事监管中监管难、监管不全、治理制度落后等问题的新型治理手段,有助于调动多元主体积极性,构建公平公正、诚实守信的体育赛事市场环境。在明确体育赛事信用监管主体和监管客体后,以体育赛事信用监管内容与标准体系、体育赛事信用信息归集互通机制、体育赛事信用分类监管机制、体育赛事信用奖惩机制、体育赛事信用修复机制为整体框架,构建全方位、系统化的体育赛事信用监管体系,为审批权取消后体育赛事的科学化监管提出崭新思路。更多还原

【Abstract】 Sport event credit supervision system is an important part of the social credit system construction. Refining the blacklist system of sports market, establishing and perfecting the credit management mechanism of sport event, and connecting with the national credit system are new governance means to deepen the supervision of sport event in and after the event, solve the problems of"difficult supervision","incomplete supervision"and"backward governance system"in the current sport event supervision,which will help to mobilize the enthusiasm of multiple subjects, and build a fair, honest and trustworthy sport competition market environment. After clarifying the subject and object of credit supervision of sport event, a comprehensive credit supervision system for sport event is constructed based on the content and standard system of sport event credit supervision, the collection and exchange mechanism of credit information of sport event, the classification supervision mechanism of sport event credit, the reward and punishment mechanism of sport event credit, and the credit repair mechanism of sport event, which puts forward a new and scientific supervision method for sport event after the cancellation of the authorization.更多还原
