【摘要】 国际体育仲裁院于2020年2月28日就我国游泳运动员孙杨涉兴奋剂案件作出了正式裁决,裁决支持了世界反兴奋剂机构的上诉意见,对孙杨处以8年禁赛。此案的过程和结果,将众多体育法制度和规则呈现在国人面前,引发了高度关注。为此,中国政法大学体育法研究所组织国内50多位体育法专家,先后举办了六次专题研讨会,分别研讨了六大主题:国际反兴奋剂检测程序正当性问题、反兴奋剂规则的国内与国际衔接问题、北京冬奥运反兴奋剂法律风险防控机制问题、我国运动员的培养制度体系问题、我国体育法律师库建设问题、体育法律专业硕士的培养方案及教学改革问题。更多还原

【Abstract】 On February 28, 2020, The Court of Arbitration for Sport(CAS) has upheld the appeal filed by the World Anti-Doping Agency(WADA) against the Chinese swimmer Sun Yang. As a consequence, Sun Yang is sanctioned with an eight-year period of ineligibility.The process and results of this case vividly presented many legal issues of sports law systems and rules to the public which has drawn the great attention of society. Therefore, the Institute of Sports Law of China University of Political Science and Law hosted six symposiums and more than 50 leading domestic sports law experts were engaged. Six relevant themes were thoroughly discussed during the symposiums including the legitimacy of International Anti-Doping testing procedures, the domestic and international connection of Anti-doping rules, the legal risk prevention and control mechanism of Anti-doping in Beijing Winter Olympic Games Problems, the cultivation system of athletes, the construction of sports law lawyers reservoir, the training program and teaching reform of the master of sports law in China.更多还原
