间断聚合法制备宽相对分子质量分布的溶聚丁苯橡胶

【摘要】 用连续加料法,在正丁基锂(NBL)、支化和官能化试剂等的作用下,合成了苯乙烯-丁二烯无规共聚溶聚丁苯橡胶(SSBR),共聚物具有不对称性长支化链、多端基被极性基团封闭等特点。结果表明,合成的多端基封端丁苯橡胶(nF-SSBR)具有适宜的分子链缠结度和高的触变性能,相对分子质量分布指数(M_w/M_n)高达1.8~2.0;相比通用型SSBR,用作高性能轮胎胎面胶体现出优良的加工性能、低的压缩生热、高的抓地性和低的滚动阻力。

【Abstract】 Under the action of n-butyllithium,branching and functionalizing reagents,the styrene-butadiene random copolymerized polystyrene-butadiene rubber(SSBR) was synthesized by liaison feed method.The copolymer has asymmetry long branches chains and the polyterminal groups are closed by polar chemical groups.The test results show that,the synthesized multi-end-blocked SSBR(nF-SSBR) has suitable molecular chain entanglement and high thixotropic performance,and the molecular mass distribution index(M_w/M_n) is up to 1.8~2.0;Compared with the universal SSBR,nF-SSBR shows excellent processing performance,low compression heat generation,high grip,and low rolling resistance.
