脂肪酸锌结构对天然橡胶性能的影响

【摘要】 研究了月桂酸锌、豆蔻酸锌、棕榈酸锌、硬脂酸锌和油酸锌对天然橡胶(NR)门尼黏度、硫化特性、物理机械性能以及填料分散性的影响。结果表明,这5种物质均能降低胶料门尼黏度,提高交联密度和填料分散性,但对物理机械性能的影响较低;脂肪酸锌烷基链长减小,胶料门尼黏度降低,表观交联密度、抗硫化返原性和填料分散性均提高;当脂肪酸锌含有双键结构时,胶料加工流动性获得改善。

【Abstract】 The effects of zinc laurate,zinc myristate,zinc palmitate,zinc stearate and zinc oleate on Mooney viscosity,vulcanization properties,physical and mechanical properties and filler dispersibility of natural rubber were investigated.The results showed that all of the fatty acid zincs could reduce the Mooney viscosity of the compounds and could increase the apparent crosslink density and the filler dispersion.Fatty acid zincs had little influence on the physical and mechanical properties.When the fatty acid zinc had a double bond,it was beneficial to improve the fluidity of the compounds.When the alkyl chain of the fatty acid zinc became shorter,the natural rubber had a lower Mooney viscosity,and the apparent crosslink density,filler dispersion and Auti-Curing-Reversion incredsed.
