异种脱细胞基质支架移植修补膀胱的研究

【摘要】 目的研究两种猪脱细胞基质支架异体移植的实验效果。方法通过手术制成兔膀胱缺损模型,实验组1用猪真皮脱细胞基质支架修补;实验组2用猪膀胱脱细胞基质支架修补;实验组3为对照组,直接缝合膀胱缺损。结果选择术后1、2、3周,1、2、3个月六个时间点观察膀胱生长情况及切取移植处组织作为标本,行病理切片检查,了解膀胱组织修复生长过程。结论实验证明这两种脱细胞支架都可作为异种支架植入动物体内,完成膀胱缺损的修复重建。

【Abstract】 Objective This paper aims to study the experimental effect of two kinds of acellular matrix scaffold.Methods A rabbit model of bladder defect was made by operation. The experimental group 1 was repaired with porcine dermal acellular matrix scaffold; the experimental group 2 was repaired with porcine bladder acellular matrix scaffold; the experimental group 3 was the control group,and the bladder defect was sutured directly. Results The bladder growth was observed at 1,2,3 weeks,1,2,3 months after operation,and the tissue of the transplantation site was taken as the specimen for pathological examination to understand the repair and growth process of bladder tissue. Conclusion These two kinds of acellular scaffolds can be used as xenogeneic scaffolds to repair and reconstruct bladder defects.
