【摘要】 农村生活垃圾及其治理研究是新世纪以来才开始被关注并逐渐成为研究热点之一,迄今相关理论研究成果仍然缺少系统总结。本文利用中国知网数据库中文期刊文献,全面梳理农村生活垃圾相关研究成果。分别以2005、2012年作为分界点,将国内农村生活垃圾主题研究发展历程分为三个阶段。学者们主要探讨了农村生活垃圾产生特征、处理现状、治理模式,以及村民参与等议题。已有研究表明,中国农村生活垃圾产量巨大,适合分类收集和处理,其治理模式应因地制宜。然而,地方政府法制化以及资源投入不足,限制了村庄生活垃圾管理服务水平的提升,亦阻碍了村民参与意愿转化为行动。未来学术界需要着重加强对农村生活垃圾无害化处理技术的多样化研究、农村生活垃圾治理机制的区域化研究、多元治理主体的协同关系研究以及农村生活垃圾治理法制优化研究等,推动农村生活垃圾的有效治理。更多还原

【Abstract】 The research on rural household waste and its governance has only been paid attention to since the new century and has gradually become one of the research hotspots. So far, there has been the lack of systematic summary in the related theoretical research results. This paper uses the Chinese periodical literature of the CNKI database to comprehensively sort out the research results on rural household waste. Taking 2005 and 2012 as the demarcation points respectively, it divides the development process of the research on the topic of rural household waste into three stages.The researchers have mainly discussed the issues such as the characteristics of rural household waste production,disposal situation, governance mode and villager participation. Existing studies have shown that China ’s rural household waste production is huge and suitable for separate collection and disposal, and governance mode should be adapted to local conditions. However, the legalization of local governments and insufficient investment in resources have limited the improvement of the level of rural household waste management service, and have also hindered villagers ’willingness to participate in action. In the future, the academic circles need to focus on the diversified researches on the technology of harmless disposal of rural household waste, the regionalization of rural household waste governance mechanism, the synergistic relationship of governance subjects and legal optimization of rural household waste governance to push the effective governance of rural household waste.更多还原
