【摘要】 为了探讨高校图书馆空间及服务的延伸,诠释图书馆空间的表征,提高延伸服务的层次,研究基于"第三空间"观点和图书馆延伸服务的理论,以16所英国高校图书馆为研究范围,归纳其空间延伸表现和相关延伸服务种类。英国高校图书馆空间的延伸可以从建筑物理空间和网络虚拟空间两个层面理解,英国高校图书馆基于空间的延伸服务主要有三大类型:基于特设空间的服务、向内延伸——引入合作型的服务和向外延伸——走出图书馆的服务,为同类图书馆的空间建设和延伸服务提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 The paper is aim to explore the extension of the space and service in university library,to interpret the library space and to improve the extension service.Based on the viewpoint of "Third Space/Third Places" and the theory of library extension service,this study takes 16 university libraries in UK as the research scope and summarizes the extension of their space and service.The extension of the university library space in UK can be understood from two aspects:the physical space of the building and the virtual space on the Internet.There are three main types of space-based extension services in UK university libraries:services based on ad-hoc space,reaching-in services by cooperation and outreach services,which provide reference for the space construction and extension services of similar libraries.更多还原
