【摘要】 公共图书馆是保障公众信息获取、弥合社会数字鸿沟的重要主体。以图书馆电子信息联盟(EIFL)所开展的"公共图书馆创新项目"(PLIP)为例,通过网络调研法和文献调研法,简要介绍EIFL的实践概况;调研PLIP支持公共图书馆保障信息获取的实践经验。参考PLIP的经验,我国欠发达地区的公共图书馆应当:积极开展具有中国特色的PLIP;根据地区实际情况普及ICT设备;关注不同弱势群体的信息需求。更多还原

【Abstract】 Public libraries play an important role in supporting public information access and bridging the digital gap in society.This paper takes the Public Library Innovation Programme(PLIP)as example,which is carried out by the organization called Electronic Information for Libraries(EIFL).By using network survey and the literature survey,this paper firstly introduces the practical situation in brief;then investigates the practical experience from the PLIP in guaranteeing information access.Learning from the PLIP,the public libraries in the rural areas in China should carry out a PLIP with Chinese characteristics actively,popularize ICT equipment according to the actual situation of different areas,and focus on the information demands of different disadvantaged groups.更多还原
