【摘要】 从全民阅读背景下高校阅读推广人的条件及构成两个层面分析高校阅读推广人的内涵,介绍高校阅读推广人培育的现状,并剖析存在的问题。在此基础上,提出加强组织管理,建立协作架构;确立培育机制,培养与慕招并举;完善制度建设,保障工作运行;优化师资队伍,保证授课质量;规范课程培训,完备过程方法;严格资质考核,兼顾理论实践;注重聘用管理,促进成果转化等高校阅读推广人培育策略。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper analyzes the connotation of college reading promoters from the perspectives of the requirement and composition of college reading promoters under the background of national reading,introduces the present situation of the cultivation of college reading promoters and analyzes the existing problems.Based on this,this paper puts forward the cultivation strategies of college reading promoters,which include strengthening organization and management,establishing cooperation framework,establishing cultivation mechanism,developing training and recruitment simultaneously,perfecting system construction to guarantee work operation,optimizing teaching staff and ensuring teaching quality,standardizing course training,perfecting process and method,strict qualification examination,taking into account theory and practice,paying attention to employment management and promoting achievement transformation.更多还原
