【摘要】 目的对糖尿病足神经阻滞麻醉中应用围手术期护理,观察其应用效果。方法选取2016年8月—2019年8月22例经该院确诊需要进行糖尿病足手术的患者。其中接受常规护理的10例患者,视为对照组;另外在常规护理的基础上实施围手术期护理的12例患者,视为观察组。对两组患者护理前后进行汉密尔顿焦虑量表和抑郁量表评分比较和护理满意度进行比较。结果观察组的焦虑评分和抑郁量表评分同对照组相比较低,生活质量评分较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);以及护理满意度显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对糖尿病足患者神经阻滞麻醉中,给予围手术期护理,能够提高治疗效果,减少不良反应事件的发生。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effect of perioperative nursing for diabetic foot nerve block anesthesia. Methods The selected 22 study subjects were patients who were diagnosed by the hospital who needed diabetic foot surgery from August2016 to August 2019. Among them, 10 patients who received routine care were regarded as the control group; and 12 patients who received perioperative care on the basis of routine care were regarded as the observation group. The Hamilton Anxiety Scale and Depression Scale scores and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups before and after nursing. Results The anxiety score and depression scale score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, and the quality of life score was higher, the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05); and the nursing satisfaction was significantly higher than that of the control group(P <0.05). Conclusion Perioperative care during nerve block anesthesia for diabetic foot patients can improve the therapeutic effect and reduce the occurrence of adverse events.更多还原
