【摘要】 目的研究老年高血压伴糖尿病患者应用社区护理干预的临床效果。方法选取在2018年2—9月来该院就诊的78例老年高血压伴糖尿病患者为研究对象,设为观察组和对照组,每组39例。对照组:常规老年高血压伴糖尿病护理;观察组:在常规老年高血压伴糖尿病护理的基础上应用社区护理干预。结果观察组患者的空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖以及糖化血红蛋白数与对照组相比较低(P<0.05)。结论老年高血压伴糖尿病患者应用社区护理干预,提高了护理满意度,使护理工作人员与患者建立了良好的护患关系。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the clinical effect of community nursing intervention in elderly patients with hypertension and diabetes. Methods Seventy-eight elderly patients with hypertension and diabetes who visited the hospital from February to September 2018 were selected as the research object, and were set as the observation group and the control group, 39 cases in each group. Control group: routine elderly hypertension with diabetes care; observation group: community nursing intervention based on routine elderly hypertension with diabetes care. Results The fasting blood glucose, 2 h postprandial blood glucose and glycated hemoglobin in the observation group were lower than those in the control group( P <0.05).Conclusion The application of community nursing intervention in elderly patients with hypertension and diabetes improves the satisfaction of nursing and enables nursing staff to establish a good nurse-patient relationship with patients.更多还原
