【摘要】 目的探讨活动在降低糖尿病患者胰岛素注射等待时间中的应用效果。方法选择该科2017年7月—2019年7月1年内接收的糖尿病患者,并随机抽选50例作为研究对象。纳入标准:确诊为糖尿病患者。排除标准:有其他重大疾病史患者。将所有患者随机分为A组(使用管理活动前)和B组(使用管理活动后)。对上述患者在胰岛素注射完成后的具体数据进行收集和分析,同时对比两组患者的注射时间、规范度、注射熟练程度。结果在注射完成后,B组的注射时间、规范度、注射熟练程度明显优于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在对糖尿病患者在进行管理活动后,糖尿病患者注射胰岛素的时间较短且操作较为规范,表明该种模式的效果较好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effect of activities in reducing the waiting time for insulin injection in diabetic patients. Methods The patients with diabetes received in the department from July 2017 to July 2019 were selected, and 50 patients were randomly selected as the research subjects. Inclusion criteria: patients diagnosed with diabetes. Exclusion criteria: patients with a history of other major diseases. All patients were randomly divided into group A(before use of management activities) and group B(after use of management activities). The specific data of the above patients after the insulin injection was collected and analyzed, and the injection time, standardization, and injection proficiency of the two groups of patients were compared at the same time. Results After the injection was completed, the injection time,standardization, and injection proficiency of group B were significantly better than those of group A, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion After the management of diabetic patients, the time for insulin injection is shorter and the operation is more standardized, which indicates that this model has better effect.更多还原
