装配式震损可更换组合柱抗震性能试验研究

【摘要】 为达到震后快速修复和建筑功能快速恢复的目的,针对装配式RCS混合结构在强烈地震作用下底层柱脚容易出现严重塑性损坏的特点,提出一种由下部可更换消能柱脚和上部RC柱组成的新型性能可恢复装配式组合柱。通过8个新型组合柱的低周往复加载试验,重点研究可更换钢板面积、轴压比和填充块材料对组合柱抗震性能和可更换性能的影响。研究表明:新型组合柱损伤主要集中于柱下部的可更换部件,上部不可更换段基本保持弹性状态,实现了预期的破坏模式;在经历1/50位移幅值后进行损伤部件更换,更换后组合柱的承载能力和变形能力与更换前基本相同,实现了新型组合柱震后的快速修复和性能可恢复;减小可更换钢板截面面积,试件承载力相应减小;试件的承载力和耗能能力随轴压比增加而增加。研究成果可为可恢复性能装配式RCS结构抗震设计提供依据,促进新型装配式结构的推广应用。

【Abstract】 A new prefabricated composite column with replaceable components was developed to avoid the severe damage on the column base in reinforced concrete-steel(RCS) hybrid frame structures,in order to meet the urgent need of structural resilience after earthquake damage.Eight full-scaled prefabricated RC columns were tested under low-frequency cyclic loading to investigate the influence of the cross-sectional area of external replaceable steel damper,the axial compression ratio and the material of padding block on the seismic performance of the composite columns.The expected failure mode was observed, which the damages were mainly concentrate on the replaceable components at the lower part of column and the upper part with unreplaceable components was still in the elastic state.Furthermore,the composite columns before and after replacement of damaged components experiencing 1/50 drift exhibit basically similar energy dissipation and load-carrying capacity.By reducing cross-sectional area of replaceable steel plate,the load-carrying capacity of the specimen may also be reduced.The moment carrying capacity and energy dissipation capacity of specimens increases with the design axial compression ratio increasing from 0.3 to 0.5.The research results can provide reference for the practical application and further research of resilient columns.
