基于ISM的高铁列车晚点影响因素分析

【摘要】 降低高铁列车晚点率是提高其服务水平的重要内容。针对高铁列车晚点现状,从安全管理角度出发,在人、设备、环境、管理4个方面系统分析高铁列车晚点的具体影响因素。并根据列车晚点影响因素出现的频率,进一步选取了14个主要影响因素。结合风险管理理论和专家经验分析,确定高铁列车晚点主要影响因素间的关联,通过解释结构模型(ISM)得出高铁列车晚点影响因素层级结构图,根据分析结果提出降低高铁列车晚点率的针对性措施。

【Abstract】 Reducing the delay rate of high speed trains is important for improving HS train service. Given current HS train delays, from the perspective of safety management, this paper explores the specific causes of high speed rail train delay in people, equipment, environment and management. According to the frequency of occurrence of the causes, 14 main causes are selected. Based on the risk management theory and expert experience, the relationship between the main causes is highlighted. The hierarchical structure of the causes is obtained based on the interpretive structural modeling(ISM). According to the analysis results, this paper presents targeted measures to reduce the delay rate of high speed trains.
