【摘要】 获得感在改革发展与人民幸福之间架起了一座现实桥梁。以承德地区为例,构建居民获得感评价指标体系,从纵向时间序列及横向各指标不均衡程度出发,利用加权求和方式计算各年份获得感得分,通过变异系数反映各指标间不均衡发展情况并进行相关性分析,结果表明:承德地区居民获得感得分整体上逐年提高,但经济获得感得分、人居环境获得感得分及民生获得感得分间存在不均衡问题,三者之间交互影响明显,共同构成了居民获得感系统。针对此,提出发展经济,注重三方协调发展,提高对经济获得感的重视程度,强调以优势领域带动劣势领域,实现可持续发展,获得整体最佳效益,实现良性循环等对策。更多还原

【Abstract】 The sense of gain has built a bridge of reality between reform and development and the happiness of the people. Taking Chengde area as an example, the evaluation index system of residents’ sense of gain was constructed. Based on the imbalance of the vertical time series and horizontal indexes, the weighted sum method was used to calculate the score of the sense of gain in each year.The coefficient of variation reflects the unbalanced development of various indicators and a correlation analysis is carried out. The results show that: the scores of the residents’ sense of gain in Chengde area have increased year by year overall, but imbalance exists between the scores of the sense of economic achievement, the score of the living environment and the score of the people’s livelihood. The interaction between the three is obvious, and together constitute the residents’ sense of acquisition system.In response to this, we propose to develop the economy, pay attention to the coordinated development of the three parties, increase the importance of the sense of economic gain, emphasize the use of advantages to drive disadvantaged areas, achieve sustainable development, obtain the overall best benefits, and achieve a virtuous cycle.更多还原
