德州市典型溶剂使用行业VOCs排放特征及末端治理技术研究
Study on Emission Characteristics and End-Control Measurements for VOCs from Typical Solvent-Usage Industries in Dezhou City
【摘要】 对4个典型溶剂使用行业(玻璃纤维塑料制品制造业、家具制造业、包装印刷业和汽车制造业)的128家企业进行了调研,并选择其中20家企业进行了采样,分析排放口VOCs物种和非甲烷总烃(NMHC)浓度。结果表明:芳香烃和含氧VOCs为4个行业共同的主要排放物种;同时光解(催化)技术在末端治理技术中应用最为普遍,占比67.0%以上,但是处理效率较低(33.2%)。通过估算企业有组织VOCs年排放量以及总VOCs年排放量,发现相关企业均可能存在无组织排放量较大的问题。最后通过对比发现德州市各行业排放特征同已有研究中其他国内省市的对应行业基本一致,但在德州市家具制造行业和汽车制造行业的特征污染物中分别检测到了异丙醇和苯,需引起一定重视。
【Abstract】 In order to understand the emission characteristics of volatile organic compounds(VOCs)from typical solvent usage industries in Dezhou City,Shandong Province,four typical solvent usage industries including glass fiber plastic products manufacturing,furniture manufacturing,packaging and printing,and automobile manufacturing were surveyed. Among which,128 companies were investigated on site and 20 companies were selected to collect gas samples and analyze VOCs and non-methane hydrocarbon(NMHC)concentrations. By analyzing the VOCs species in the four typical industries,we found that aromatic hydrocarbons and oxygenated VOCs dominated the emission species,and the photolysis(catalysis) technology was the most common VOCs end treatment technique in 4 typical industries in Dezhou City,which accounted for more than 67.0%,but their removal efficiency for NMHC was low(33. 2%). By estimating the annual emissions of organized VOCs and the total annual emissions of VOCs,it was found that the unorganized emissions dominated in related enterprises. Finally,the emission characteristics of VOCs species from the furniture manufacturing,automobile manufacturing and packaging printing industries in Dezhou City was relatively consistent with those from previous publications measured in other provinces and cities,but isopropanol and benzene was detected from furniture manufacturing,and the automotive industry respectively in Dezhou City,which should be further concerned for VOCs control.
