颜填料对乙烯基酯树脂重防腐涂料性能的影响

【摘要】 通过正交试验,根据耐氢氟酸实验结果优化乙烯基酯树脂基料中各颜填料的最佳配比,得出最佳配比为m(钛白粉)∶m(滑石粉)∶m(陶瓷粉)∶m(绢云母)∶m(硫酸钡)=2∶1.5∶3∶3.5∶3,通过对涂层进行耐氢氟酸试验以及电化学分析等测试,对比优化配比和正交试验中较优配比涂层的防腐性能。结果表明:优化组涂层在3.5%NaCl溶液中具有最大的腐蚀电位和最小的腐蚀电流密度,且其耐氢氟酸最优时间可达90 d。并对电化学测试数据进行神经网络模拟分析,该模型具有较高的拟合性能(R~2=0.99)和较低的预测误差(±10%),表明神经网络模拟分析能够良好地拟合和预测涂层的电化学性能。

【Abstract】 Through the orthogonal test,the optimal blending ratio of pigments and fillers in the vinyl ester resin binder was optimized based on the results of the hydrofluoric acid resistance test as follows:m(titanium dioxide)∶m(talc)∶m(ceramic powder)∶m(sericite)∶m(barium sulfate)=2∶1.5∶3∶3.5∶3.Through the tests of the coatings in terms of hydrofluoric acid resistance and electrochemical analysis,the anti-corrosion performance of different coatings in the orthogonal test were compared.Studies showed that the optimized coatings containing pigments and fillers indicated the most positive corrosion potential and the smallest corrosion current density in 3.5% NaCl solution,and its optimal resistance to hydrofluoric acid reached 90 d,respectively.The electrochemical test data was analyzed by neural network simulation,the simulation model showed higher fitting degree(R~2=0.99)and lower prediction error(±10%),indicating that the neural network simulation analysis could fit and predict the electrochemical properties of the coatings well.
