【Abstract】 In Sisheng Xinyuan:Furenjie,HUANG Yuanyu elaborated the generation of physiological phenomena such as menstruation,leucorrhea,fetus and childbirth,as well as the disease etiology,pathogenesis and treatment. He believed that menstruation is also the result and embodiment of the circular flow of zhongqi,paying attention to the important role of liver wood in menstruation generation and regulation,regulating menstruation and nourishing blood in treatment,emphasizing yang qi as the key,and pointing out that caring for spleen soil is the foundation of pregnancy,and he was adept in Cassia twig in medicine to warm yang and promote the ascending and descending circulation of zhongqi.
