【摘要】 目的:观察滋肾育胎丸治疗肾虚型月经过少患者的临床疗效及其对血清血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)及子宫内膜的影响。方法:将符合纳入标准的60例肾虚型月经过少患者,随机分为观察组(滋肾育胎丸治疗)和对照组(补佳乐和黄体酮治疗),服用药物21 d后,观察其临床疗效,治疗前后超声检查子宫内膜的厚度,ELISA法测定血清VEGF水平。结果:对照组、观察组临床总有效率分别为76. 7%、93. 3%,观察组优于对照组(P <0. 05);治疗后,两组患者血清VEGF水平均较治疗前升高、子宫内膜厚度均较治疗前增加,两组间比较,差异显著(P <0. 05)。结论:滋肾育胎丸可以通过增加血清VEGF的表达、促使新生毛细血管生长,从而促进子宫内膜、的生长,增加月经量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the curative effect of Zishen Yutai Pill on oligomenorrhea of kidney deficiency type and effects on serum VEGF level and endometrium. Methods: Patients with oligomenorrhea of the kidney deficiency type that meet the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into the observation group( Zishen Yutai Pill) and the control group( Bujiale and progesterone) with each 30 cases,two groups were treated for 21 day respectively,the curative effect was evaluated,endometrial thickness was examined by B-model ultrasound scanner,serum VEGF level was determined by ELISA before and after treatment. Results: The total clinical effective rates of the control group and observation group were 76. 7% and 93. 3% respectively,the curative effect of observation group was better than that of the control group( P < 0. 05); After treatment,the serum VEGF level in both groups were raised and the endometrial thickness were increased,there was a significant difference between the two groups on above indexes( P < 0. 05). Conclusion: Zishen Yutai Pill have a better clinical efficacy on oligomenorrhea of kidney deficiency type through increasing the expression of serum VEGF,promoting the growth of new capillaries,thereby promoting the growth of the endometrium and increasing the amount of menstruation.更多还原
