一种多孔硅气敏传感器的响应时间测试系统
Design of response time testing system for a porous silicon gas sensor
【摘要】 基于Arduino单片机设计了一种多孔硅气敏传感器响应时间测试系统.系统由下位机(Arduino板)、硬件电路、气体注入室和上位机4部分组成.上位机通过图形化语言LabVIEW软件编写.气体注入室由400 mm×400 mm×400 mm的有机玻璃制成,具有注气、排气和加热等装置.系统测试界面简洁,操作方法简单,可以实现数据采集、传输、显示、保存和导出等功能.以不同浓度的NH3气体和NO2气体进行实验,得到了该多孔硅气敏传感器的响应/恢复时间.
【Abstract】 A measurement system for response time of porous silicon gas sensor based on Arduino MCU is designed. The system consists of four parts including lower computer(Arduino plate),hardware circuit,gas injection chamber and upper computer.The upper computer is compiled by graphical language LabVIEW software. The gas injection chamber is made of 400 mm ×400 mm × 400 mm organic glass,with air injection,exhaust and heating device. The test interface of the system and the opera-tion method are simple,and the functions of data acquisition,transmission,display,storage and export for parameters can be realized. The experiment is carried out using NH3 and NO2 of different concentrations,the response and recovery time of the porous silicon gas sensor are obtained.
