基于AMESim的燃油共轨系统高压泵性能分析
Analysis on Performance of High Pressure Pump in Common Rail System Based on AMESim
【摘要】 对高压燃油共轨系统及其关键部件高压泵的组成与工作原理进行了介绍,并利用AMESim软件对该高压泵进行建模,通过对凸轮-柱塞运动关系、高压泵流量以及入口阀、出口阀阀芯位移的仿真分析确定了模型建立的正确性。系统出口总流量呈现周期性脉动,且名义流量约为2.2 L/min;对燃油计量阀中脉宽调制的占空比D分别取值,并进行流量计量阀电磁铁通电电流、阀芯位移、低压泵出口压力的仿真研究。结果表明,当D的数值取0.275时,低压泵的出口压力终值较为稳定,且数值约为500 kPa。为国内共轨系统高压泵研发工作提供了参考。
【Abstract】 The composition and working principle of high pressure common rail system and its key component high pressure pump are introduced. AMESim software is used to model the high pressure pump. The correctness of the model is confirmed by the simulation analysis of cam plunger motion relationship, the flow of the high-pressure pump and the displacement of inlet valve and outlet valve core. The total flow at the outlet of the system fluctuates periodically, and the nominal flow rate is about 2.2 L/min. The duty cycle D of pulse width modulation in the fuel metering valve is selected respectively, and the simulation research on the current of electromagnetic iron of flow metering valve, displacement of valve core and outlet pressure of lowpressure pump is carried out. The results show that when the value of D is 0.275, the final value of the outlet pressure of the low-pressure pump is relatively stable, and the value is about 500 kPa. It provides a reference for the research and development of domestic high pressure pump in common rail system.
