【Abstract】 As a new industry-university-research cooperation innovation organization, the industry technology innovation strategic alliance can effectively integrate the resources and form the resultant of forces in innovations, and which has become one of the important force to promote industrial technological innovation.Based on the basis of investigating the present situation of the technology innovation alliance of agricultural industry in Tianjin, this paper analyzed the existing problems of the alliance and put forward the development path of the alliance, in order to provide certain theoretical basis and practical reference for the industry technology innovation strategic alliance constructing in China.更多还原
