【摘要】 引导农村简单劳动力非农化是实现现代农业生产,进而保障粮食安全的重要环节,本研究选取农村家庭为基本研究单位,基于农户随机问卷调查,运用binary logit回归模型深入探索农村家庭非农化选择的主要影响因素。研究表明:(1)年轻的较高学历劳动力是非农化的主力军,不利于现代农业发展;(2)农村劳动力非农化进程是在相对比较优势选择下的一个渐进的过程;(3)地区环境和交通因素的影响力逐渐弱化。因此,有针对性地设计非农化引导政策很有必要。更多还原

【Abstract】 Transforming the rural surplus labour out of farming is an important link to realize modern agricultural production and then ensure food security. In this paper, the rural family was selected as the basic research unit. Based on the random questionnaire survey of farmers, the main influencing factors of rural family non-agricultural choice were explored by using binary logit regression model.The findings revealed that(1) the young and highly educated labor force was the main force of non-agricultural transformation, which was not conducive to the development of modern agriculture;(2) The process of non-farming of rural labor force was a gradual process under the choice of relative comparative advantage;(3) The influence of regional environment and traffic factors was gradually weakening.Therefore, it is necessary to design the policy of non-agricultural guidance in a targeted way.更多还原
